 tell him. Just say to him *back off, you make me uncomfortable*. Dont be shy about it otherwise it will continue and you will remain unhappy and uncomfortable.

 If it were me, I'd just say "OK, that's enough" and walk away.
The reason he's picking on you and doing whatever it is he's doing is that it gets a response from you. If you withhold a response, he doesn't get rewarded, and he'll eventually quit it.
Depending on how strongly you feel, you can ask for back up from an adult friend or a large-bodied male friend to tell him to knock it off, too. However, the simplest way is to make eye contact with him and tell him to stop, then go somewhere else.
