writes:my best friend and me are having a rocky relationship i just finished with my ex who i really loved i moan constantly to her about him, i went in2 school the next day and shes goin out with him i feel awful im gettin really depressed i went mad i cant believe her and him he sez he still loves me but im soo confused how can she how can he !! plz plz help!

If you loved him, why did you leave him. Im sure you can get him back with a bit of charm. He is probly only going out with her to make you jealous and sorry for beaking up with him. Message me if you want.

 I'm sorry this has happened to you but your ex doesn't love you if he's going out with someone else. And your friend isn't acting like a friend at all. I'm inclined to tell you that friends last longer than boyfriends and that you should try to stay friends with her but I realise that right now, you're not going to be able to do that while the hurt is still fresh. Avoid both of them for a few days because seeing them together is evidently hurting you. If your ex tells you he loves you again tell him that if he really loved you he'd still be with you. Hopefully this will make him think about what he's doing. I realise of course that means hurting your best friend though, so you have to be prepared for the fact that if you do that you're essentially doing what she did to you originally.

reader, anonymous, writes (10 February 2007): You don't need a friend like this. She's shown that she isn't as good a friend that you thought she was. Don't plan to do anything with her boyfriend behind her back though, it'll will only make the situation worse. This has just shown that she is just a waste of space. Get rid of her as a friend for your sake.
