The next time you feel really anxious or feel severe panic then breathe deeply, even go to the bathroom and breathe in and out of a paper bag, the oxygen you take in again will help you relax more. Tell yourself everything's fine and you have nothing to worry about.
I could go on at length about this but instead I am giving you 2 links about anxiety which I want you to read. You'll recognise your symptoms when you read them. Study them carefully, they WILL help you, you need to be confident and say to yourself I CAN DO THIS... I WILL DO THIS!

Just remember, it's all in the mind and YOU CAN get over this.
