writes: I'm severely depressed. I just broke up with my boyfriend, and I just don't see any hope of meeting anyone else. My whole routine has completely changed I rarely go out I simply stay in my apartment all day, I've tried to go out once or twice but the sight of my friends with their boyfriends kills me! How can I get out of this funk and move on with my life! I just want to meet a genuine guy who treats me well and I don't have to be lonely anymore. I've gone through some rough patches before and I've bounced back, but for the first time I can truly say I'm miserable with my life. Any advice please.

Haha! You wanna find a good guy... You and the rest of us girl! Lol heres what i think, figuring that i've been there done that- everyone is prob telling you to go out forget about him and you can get whatever guy you want... Blah blah blah... You know how it goes. Well, it's ok to be sad... You just broke up with your boyfriend, why wouldnt you be sad?? im sure yall were together for a while and he was prob a big part of your life- so being miserable and feeling alone is completely normal! Your friends with their boyfriends, and the sight of them hurts you, again quiet understandable, I mean anyone that had a beating heart inside their chest would hurt at the sight of that after they just got done with a relationship. I just thought of this, i hope it makes you in a better mood and im not laughing at you in this i just think its funny how we all (girls) feel so alone because our boyfriends and friends are assholes, when really every girl pretty much is miserable in some way with their man. Ok ok anyways im sorry i got off topic-so your friends and their boyfriends... Yeahh yeah they are all happy right now, but think of it this way-they are gonna break up too lol i mean the chances of people staying with them forever is about 5perecent... So dont envy what they have because you first of all dont know what happens behind closed doors she may cry herself to sleep and be miserable everynight... So you should be happy youre not them:) Turn on those songs that make you cry and get it out of your system, because not too long from now you will be fine, (i promise) and you will be a stronger person:) Sorry i know i wrote a lot...Hope i helped!! Before you go getting into another relationship you need to get out of your depression and enjoy life. Get out, meet new people, and have fun.
