My boyfriend, in order to last longer (I've noticed), will kinda look away at the wall or will change up his speed or do a different position that can easily lead back to missionary when he's ready to come. I've also learned little ways to help him out (or me lol)--like if I'm not ready for him to come, I'll kinda relax my muscles (so my vagina isn't too tight around him) and stop dirty talk or anything else I know turns him on, but if I'm ready for him to come, I'll keep up the dirty talk and tighten myself around him, etc. It's just a matter of knowing yourself and knowing her to help yourself out with the issue. Practice.

Think about unsexy things, like old people, puppies and rainbows or schoolwork etc.

 Hahaha i have the same problem. Theres not much advise to lasting longer in that position. Just try to think of other things. Like chairs. If yo constantly think of being inside of her, your bound to finish right away

I'm sorry, but I will question the point you raise about making girls come through lasting long enough. When so few women come during intercourse, I'm not sure this is credible. It might be you're amazing in bed and all, but most women just don't orgasm that way. So Im wondering if the women you have been with have faked it for you so that you would give it a break. Maybe you last too long in those other positions?
If one position makes you come faster it is only because it stimulates you in a different way, making you come faster. Everyone has a position that will do it for them.
How long is "long enough" for you? And how long is "too short" for you?

 My guess ( just a guess, mind you ) is that you are going too fast and furious. You don't need quick,deep thrusts to make missionary enjoyable. Insert your penis slowly just half way- withdraw it slowly nearly all out- insert slooowly again. Go deeper only every few thrusts Rinse and repeat as necessary :).It's a teasing, tantalizing rythm that she will "feel" and enjoy anyway , since the nerve endings are only located in the first ( anterior ) third of the vagina, while allowing you to last longer.
Practicing to the sound of " Piece of my heart " by Janis Joplin may help :)-just to give you the idea .
