I know that this is very long, but I just really need to pour my heart out to someone...We're both 15. We are both long haired music fanatics, into the same type of literally everything-I’m amazed in how much we have in common, just unbelievable. He is sweet, caring, romantic, funny, and intelligent; all that I and any other girl would ever want.... But... Yep, there’s always a ‘but’. We have been "going out" for nearly a week, and on Tuesday me and him went to a park. He opened up a lot to me, and I discovered that he is a very sensitive and caring guy; he also dropped hints that he wants to stay with me forever (awww). He kissed me (peck) on the lips that day, and told me that ‘I am addictive’.... :) Once again on Wednesday and Thursday we where together, and both times I’m pretty sure he wanted to kiss me ‘properly’ but we just failed. Especially today... I dunno' if it's my fault or his :/ Just epic failure. Yes, this whole ‘essay’ was about failure to kiss, you can laugh now... But it’s really getting me down. Today he was really going for it but we failed... I feel so awkward typing this... He told me that he only kissed one girl "properly" before, and he told me that it was some time ago too, and according to him he managed to kick her in the leg and step on her shoe whilst doing that... Well, I basically confessed to him for not being kissed yet; today he texted me apologizing for the failure to kiss and suggested that we should meet up (and try!) again tomorrow. I agreed and apologized, too, since it was partially my fault too... You see, my problem is that I just can’t bring myself to kiss him ‘properly’. I dunno why, I obviously want to and I'm sure he does, too, but when the moment comes we fail. Any suggestions?

I'd just go with the flow, keep hanging out with him, and see what happens next. I think if you plan a day to try your first real kiss, you're just going to worry about that day and if everything will work out right! If you just don't think about it, it'll happen naturally when you're both perfectly ready, I promise - at least, it worked for my boyfriend and I :) Besides, spontaneous and unexpected kisses are all the more exciting and memorable in my opinion!
