Hello to all!

A young lady applied for a job at a small school I run a few days ago.

The job is about 5 hours but during the interview there seemed to be an instant attraction between us.

I call her later to clarify stuff on the CV and she seems interested to hear from me.

Says she is glad she met me, no matter what I decide.

Today, we get together to talk about aspects of the job.

Seem she can't commit to 5 hours but would like to work for me even if it for 2 or 3.

I took this to mean she wants some sort of connection to me because it can't be for the money!

ANyway, we talked a bit about the job, and A LOT about everything else.

It was like being on a coffee date.

I did most of the talking but that was because she was asking questions.

I commented on this, and she said that she likes to hear me talk and liked listening to me.

Body language is very positive I think.

DO you think she is interested in me?

How should I proceed?

Thanks,

malvern agony auntEmploy somebody else for the 5 hours you obviously need and don't mix buisness with pleasure. However, if you would like to see this lady again why not suggest to her that she would be welcome to come into your school to help out on a voluntary basis, as and when she's got some time to spare. If she likes that idea then you can take things from there. If she doesn't then at least you've left an 'open door' for either of you to contact the other if either of you should wish to do that.

I think you're being too gullible here. The situation itself tells you everything.
