I think you should go ove there and explain about the problems you have being going through, maybe ask her if she wants to talk about hers too while your there. And then maybe tell her how you feel about her x

Send her a text explaining that you were having problems and you didn't know how to deal with them other than by yourself. Say you're sorry for hurting her, but that you still love her and need her in your life (use the word need). And say that you will explain. Women like to talk about problems. Men don't. So when a man doesn't talk about a problem, a woman feels rejected and reacts like this, because she's hurt. So send her that text, and see what happens.
