Then on the next night, we both had sex unprotected just for a while, and then got a condom. I'm worried if i could be pregnant from just the precum. I'm not to keen with taking the emergency contraceptive again, as i hear that it is really bad to be taking emergency contraceptives so often, especially when there are side effects of later periods when mine is already on a 42 day cycle, and i'm not even sure i need it because recent studies have said that precum does not even contain any sperm. Advice?

It is produced by the cowpers gland and not the testicles. However, it can pick up sperm in the urethra if the man has ejaculated recently. That is why it is risky, not to mention that you cannot guarantee that your partner will pull out in time. If you have access to other means of birth control, it would be wise to consider them.

Lots of "accidents" have happened because people ignored that fact. Not to be mean but... that was a pretty foolish thing to do. Taking the morning-after pill and the next day making the same mistake. You should have used the condom during the whole intercourse.

If you used a condom in the end why not use it to begin with and then there's no worry. Its for your own good to use it in the first place even is its just for the sake of STD's x

Go look at these websites for some information on birth control:
www.plannedparenthood.org
www.webmd.com (type in birth control in the search box)
Watch this video for some information on how pregnancy happens:

And be very careful with unprotected sex. Pre-cum can indeed have sperm in it. I'd be interested to see the recent studies that show precum does not contain sperm.
Finally, go have a chat with the doctor and establish which birth control method will work for you. Keep in mind that the pill and other non-barrier methods do not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. So you have to be 100% certain that your boyfriend does not have anything that can be transmitted. HPV for example, can be a hidden infection in men. They can harbor the virus without symptoms. Spooky. So be careful.
Take care.
