He is lot bigger than my ex and I remember my vagina stretch painfully when I lost my virginity. I afraid this may happen to me again. Will I feel the stretch feeling like my first time again even I use lube and a lot of foreplay?

it shouldn't be like the first time , because back then you lost your virginity , the period between the two times doesn't count
just relax and go for a lot of foreplay
enjoy!! and best of luck

I'm sure you'll feel a stretch but it should be pleasure not pain, nothing like losing your virginity.
You've mentioned a lot of foreplay and lube so it sounds like you're well prepared. And just ask him go as slow as you want.
Good luck

The pain you felt when you lost your virginity was most likely because you tore your hymen, and that doesn't re-grow, so I think you'll be fine.
If your vagina was built to give birth to a baby, I think it'll take another inch or two. The hymen stretching and tearing was a one-time event.
