No, it wont hurt as long as you are turned on. And yes, you can get pregnant every time you have sex, no matter if it's your first time, or if it's been several years since you last had sex. You can ALWAYS get pregnant when you have sex.

Like WCA asked, did it hurt last time? If not, then most likely it won't, if it did the go slow.
And if you worry about pregnancy WHY aren't you getting on Birth control?
When you date someone TELL them to wear a condom AS well (regardless of being on the pill/patch) specially till you have BOTH been tested for STD's.
Sex can lead to pregnancy - it's a given. It's like jumping in the water WILL make you wet! And if you don't know that.. maybe you need to read up on human reproduction.

Is there a risk of getting pregnant? What kind of a question is that? Of course there is, it's sex! You don't sound very knowledgeable about it. You need to get on birth control and use condoms if you are going to have sex.
