It've been 5 months, and unless your stomach has started to grow, you aren't pregnant. Like the others said: Your body is adjusting.
A

If you have just start getting your period recently then it's normal it takes sometimes to be regular. The second time I got my period was 3 months later. But you can see your doc and check that would be better.

If you just started your period then it's normal so dont be worried it's just your body adjusting. However if you have had sex then you may be pregnant, But it is most likely your body adjusting.

Assuming you've not had sexual intercourse at all within those five months (ruling out the chance of pregnancy) then it could be normal, or it could be something much more serious.
Either way you need to see your doctor. If it's something serious there may be time to solve the problem.
Good luck!
