writes:Can people tell when you're wearing a bra with padding? I have pronounced nipples and need some padding to keep people from staring all the time and the bra is also supposed to "lift and shape" your bust but I'm wondering if it looks very unnatural.I've tried wearing regular bras and always have to tape down my nipples with bandaids - which can be very painful!

reader, anonymous, writes (14 July 2007): i wear padded bras all the time, some are just lightly padded so they'll cover your nipples without looking like they'r full of padding. also a cotton disc (for takin of make-up) might be more comfy than a band aid to pop inside ur bras, thats wot i use for those cold nights if I have a regular bra on, which is very rare cos padded ones are soooo comfy and usually come in great designs and colours.good luck!!

Gee! If your nipples are that noticeable, and unless you have another good reason to hide them beneath a padded bra. It's your body and so I for one am not about to tell you what you should wear. However as a male I'm a breast lover, as are most American men. And as a man my eyeballs are really taking in the breasts, and if the nipples happen to be quite pronounced Well that's just the lovey frosting on the cake. And men are going to stare at your breasts regurdless of what you are wearing.

 Most of my bras are padded because i find them very comfortable and they give me a nice shape and a great cleavage.
I have some very honest girlfriends and they have never said anything about it looking unnatural and they would definately say.
Wear what you feel comfortable in babe.
