 First of all, the answer to your question is no. You do not have to be able to finger yourself to have sex.
Second, I can't finger myself either. It just doesn't work for me. Some women have to have extra help, such a dildo or vibrator. If you haven't had sex for the first time yet, maybe you should try a small vibrator if you want to try masturbating with penetration. They are usually only 4-5 inches long and really thin. They are great for first time users. If you feel adventurous, you can get what's called the rabbit. It is a vibrator with "ears" that are just for the clit.
