writes:i go to the sports centre everyday and see this beautiful girl workin at the reception. I really fancy her. I've spoken to her about twice just sortin my account out and jokin around with her. She calls me names for a joke. Everytime i walk in she smiles and says hi. (but i think thats just normal customer service) but she does call me names (in a cute way) lolAnyway how could i ask her out on a date? Or what would the appropriate step be to take? I cannot really talk to her much because she works. I'm shy and embarrassed to get rejected as i will have to see her everyday!Thanks for readin

You haven't got anything to lose really. When your joking around with her just say, "Do you fancy going out sometime?" Or something like that! Good luck x

 I think that passing her a note would be appoirate for this situation and your age. She does seem to be flirting back with you; hence the calling you cute names! Address the note with her name, (I hope that you at least know her name)then mention that you'd like to take her out to dinner and a movie sometime. Girls love formal dates! If she says no thanks then hey at least you tryed, what do you have to loose? End the note leaving your name, number, and maybe your myspace if you have one, or you could always look her up on myspace, most teens are on there! Best of luck to you.
