He works, but plays hours of video games. I have to beg for him to give a break to video games and focus on me, even if it means watching a tv show together. I've been in tears over this ongoing problem. I need advice on what to do. Can anyone help?

I can guarantee you 100% that if he is already like this during your courtship (the time he is supposed to be impressing you), then your marriage will be worse. Maybe you are afraid to let go because you feel so secure and so used to having him around? But all the corpses in the graveyard are pretty secure too. Let him go.
