reader, anonymous, writes (4 June 2007): I know others have already said, but seriously, go and see the doctor. It wont be embarassing as the doctor will have dealt with it before. Better to be on the safe side and get the right treatment.

 Like the other posts have said i would book an appointment to go and see you local GP. It is always best to get these things checked out, and he/she will probally give you something to help clear it up.

 It could be a boil, i would suggest going to see your gp for a proper diagnosis, don't be embarassed you need to get it sorted.

 I would recommend you do go to your doc asap. It could be nothing but worth a quick check out.
It will probably be hard for you to do this but it'll be worth it in the end.
