Hey sweetness,
Well, you're totally, totally normal. Fantasizing is the easy part. No chance of rejection, no awkward moments, no bad kissers.... but actually DOING it, well, that's when it gets tricky. Hey - when I think about ACTUALLY kissing someone, it makes me nervous too. And it will continue to be nerve-racking with every first kiss.
For the first kiss, my favorite move is to hug your girl, then pull back a little - odn't let go from the hug - kiss her cheek, then kiss her on the lips. If she doesn't want to kiss you, you'll know before you go in for the kiss. But, if she wants to kiss you too, things will work just fine.
That first kiss is always the most fun. Doesn't always go as well as the rest of them, but you gotta break the ice. You're totally nomal, sweetness.

If we didn't get nervous about kissing then it wouldn't be half as good as it is. Half the excitement is down to the nerves. It seems to me like you're thinking too hard about it. Build up to it slowly. Start by kissing someone on the cheek, next time kiss them on the cheek but closer to their mouth and then pull away just a little bit. Hopefully then you won't have to make the first move because the girl won't be able to resist!
