writes:er this is kinda an embaressing question. but everytime i have sex i make a noise down below like a fart noise its really embaressing. also i been sleeping with my boyfriend for 5 months and i still havent come.and i also have a really strong smell coming from down there... i can smell it when im walking and i have to avoid sitting next to people at work because its that bad.. i have to change my underwear several times a day caus there a mess. please help its making me really self conscious

 You should go see a doctor about this. He/she may prescibe you with medication.(creams,pills) You may have an infection down there. Does it itch? To the noise that comes out of your below, you should tell your gyne about it. Goodluck!

You are probably not sure what pleases you and need to first find that out. You could mastubrbate and once you figure it out then you would be able to tell your bf what pleases you and then he can work on giving you an orgasm. You are also maybe nervous that is why you are distracted making you unable to come. Try to relax and enjoy that intimate time with your bf.

As for the fart like noises i used to have that and my doctor said it was due to air that the mans penus pushes in when you start to have sex, try pushing down in your vagina when he oes in that should help, the smell could be caused by an infction or thrush, i would go and see your doctor to see if they can prescribe an antibiotic to clear it up. hope this helps maddy xx

The best advice I can give you is to go to the doctors, I know its embarressing, but you can't risk doing nothing if there is something wrong.
Doctors are trained to deal with stuff like this and see it all the time, don't worry, they will be lovely about it. You can also ask for a female doctor if you'd prefer one.
