A female age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I have so many things going wrong in my life at the last 10 years, that I can hardly wake up, and trust the day.

What can you do, if I can't understand why everything is going wrong in my life? How can I learn from the mistake, and do it better next time, when seemingly, its not you who made a mistake, but just luck ,or chance always shape the outcome to the same bad thing. Does it sound negative/ ? I know it is... Was I always like that? No... please help me, tell me , what is going in your life what compares to this?

Hi

Maybe you don't need to understand 'why' everything is going wrong in your life, but just understand how to stay up!

You say you can hardly trust the day...trust YOURSELF to come through it, why rely on what the day throws at you?

Say you are going to deal with it and survive and count your blessings.

And yes i could write alot more than ten years of trouble and strife and greif in experiences if i wanted to , but i don't , thats past and you learn to sink or swim.

Good Luck ..look for the rainbows not the rain.
