Can genital warts be completely cured or is it like herpes (you can control the symptoms but you'll always have the virus)??If a guy once had it and always practices safe sex when it comes to intercourse, can they still give it to a woman if she performs unprotected oral sex on them?? Lastly, IF genital warts can be cured, should one mention to their partner that they once had it (even if it is now cured)?Thank you

Londonmiss is right.
Genital warts is herpes, there not two different things. and yes it is very easily spread when flared up, even if using protection as all it needs is skin contact.
If diagnosed with warts you should ALWAYS inform your partner, and never have sex if you feel a flare up re-occuring.

Genital warts can never be fully cured. If the warts are inflamed then they are contagious, however if they are not inflamed they are not contagious.
Genital warts cannot be cured and therefore is necessary to tell a sexual partner.
