For instance, if you are using doggy, it is more likely to hurt you if he is high and his penis enters downward. It may work perfectly well if he is kneeling low and going straight in.
The other thing that is possible is that you have a tipped uterus. About 30% of women have that condition. The uterus is located more back than normal and doesn't move far enough out of the way to allow the penis to get past when you are aroused. If he is more than 6 inches long then he will probably hit your cervix if you have a tipped uterus. More than about 7 inches long will probably bother most women. Even having a normal uterus can be a problem if you are not aroused enough before intercourse begins. The uterus will not have moved far enough for the penis to get past the cervix. Your GYN can tell if you have a tipped uterus or any other condition that could cause this problem.
You and/or he need to do 3 things:
- Have a GYN check you out to see if there is a problem.
- Make sure that he takes enough time with foreplay to ensure that you are aroused enough.
- Tell him to be more gentle if he is hurting you. One of my wife's former boyfriends never did get his in even close to the entire way. (HE-HE, makes us normal guys feel good that all of that just goes to waste.)

Can sometimes be because the womb tilts bacwards or something too. Aparrantly the doggy position is the most uncomfortable for that. But like Bobbyjo said, best to get PID ruled out first. But they would be able to tell you anything else at the same time. Tell him to go a bit easier! You can also get what they call honeymoon cystitis due to vigerous sex! Sorry to gross you out there, but thats not unusual.

i have exactly the same problem. I went to my docs at first they thought I had an infection and took tests which come up as negative. I only get the pain sometimes and not every time I have sex but it is a deep pain. My doc said this pain is when the penis is hitting the cervix, although they have not explained to me why this hurts. I have done my own research online and have discovered that the cause could be something called cervical erosion. You will need to go to your docs to rule out any possibillity of infection. I am currently waiting to see my doc again to get another internal examnination.
