I have rather large thighs and am wondering what is the best excercise to lose some fat?

-----------

I am a virgin but have had oral sex done on me. I tend to bleed. I thought for the first time it was my hymen breaking, but it happens every time. What is going on?

----------------

I have sensitive skin and get spots very easily on my face. Is there any good products i should buy? I live in the UK.

Also, i get spots when i shave my bikini line. Is there anything i can do to prevent this?

--------------------

I sometimes i get this weird discharge. It transparent and has little white bits in it. Smells aswell. Is this a problem or is it normal?

A female reader, Libra1963  +, writes (22 August 2009):

Libra1963 agony auntLosing weight on the thighs is difficult. You need to diet and do aerobic exercise. Power walking, cycling should be good. Concentrated leg raises. Nothing will work without you cutting down on your food.

Most women get spots on bikini line - you need to try different hair removing methods as shaving or waxing may not agree with you.

Facial spots could be a sign or intolerance to something such as food or detergents or cosmetics or even diet. Make a record of what you use and eat and keep a diary and you should be able to measure the problem.

I am not a medical person but in relation to sex, it could be that you are very sensitive - see a doctor.

Same with the discharge problem.

Best wishes
