writes: Being short is more of a problem for a guy than a woman.I know because while growing up i experienced it happening to me.At school i was treated differently by teachers and the odd teacher used to point out my lack of height.There was a science teacher and he was forever saying to you if you stood up straight you would gain a couple of inches this never seemed true i was still my height.When i was 16 i went and bought a pair of shoes and found a pair which had abit of a heel.This was the only time i was abit taller.Why should woman only be able to wear high heels with some in excess of 4 inches.I always dreamed of being like my brother and sister but it never happened.I just say that they used all the height gene up and left me with nothing.My nickname at school was little legs and when walking through the corridors a boy in the year above who was walking behind me of started shouting out short boy coming through make way.I used to be very annoyed with my height and it took me years to get over it.So now i have learned to live with it. reader, anonymous, writes (11 March 2009): Dont worry about it... trust me..its who is inside that counts.. Im 5'10 and my boyfriend is 5'6 130 pounds and i think he's totally sexy. I tell him hes a tight little package. I wouldnt trade him for anything in the world. Its all in how you carry yourself.

what are you worrying about..there's absolutely nothing wrong with beying short... yes i know people make funn and jokes about that sort of thing..im 14 and 5ft 10 in so i have have some friends that are shorter than me..
i make jokes too but playfully...just laugh it off dont worry about those people who make funn of you, just laugh it off or ignore tham and they'll get bored
and anyways you're still growing man.....puberty lasts till when your like 22 so have a feww more years for your bones to fully grow...
my science teacher can relate..he was always short but when he turned nineteen he got his first growth spurt..true story..he was a really late bloomer
gudd luck..you'll be alright even if you stay the same
