You need to calm down x I gt this 5 minutes before my russian oral :O and the trick is just to relax and calm down. Down think back think forwards and clear your mind. Because GCSE's are right in the middle of puberty (espicaily if youre born in August :@) your bound to feel this way. Look over some notes you have made and just empty your mind only the first 5 minutes of what you revise you remember which is why revision cards are very useful pre exam tools :) Sticking key notes in places that you look everyday are good too by sticking dates of musical periods all around my bathroom mirror on my computor and above my head helped me come away with an A* woop woop :D
You're going to be fine :) Just remember to calm down and everything will be fine :D xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Good Luck xx

hey ... you need to get out and just forget about it for a little while or sleep. Try any thing to get your mind off of it. I've just had GCSE mocks and they were hell to go through and they weren't even the proper thing. I tried writting down notes from bits that i revised for to remember and then i would look at it the morning before i went to school. I even got up 20 mins early just to unstand maths or a subject i found hard. best of luck sarah

Have a look at some past papers. As soon as you see questions you will start to think of things that you could write for them. Once you realise you haven't forgotten everyhting it will all come back. x

Good luck.

Ok ok calm down and breathe (i gotta say ur GCSE'S are early you sure there not mocks?)Your panicking and making it worse it will all come back to you dont panic and you have time to study, information just doesnt vanish it will come back but i think your having a mental block because your so stressed take a time out sit and relax do something that has nothing to do with exams and it will all come back.
