writes: hey everyone i was just wanting some advise.i hate my inverted nipples, like they get be really down and upset, and really want to do something about them.so ive been searching and have found a product called advnt niplette which looks quite good and has good reviews.only thing is im still only 16, is using this a bad idea like for development or whatever? or should i check with my doctor first?im not sure what to do, the only thing i know is iwant to get rid of my inverted nipples and so far this is the only plausible way ive seen. (i definately dont want to opt for surgery!)

Definitely check with your doctor, but from what I just read about them, it doesn't seem that they could hurt you. Just be sensible about using the devices and follow instructions, AFTER you've checked with the doctor.
And remember that inverted nipples are not uncommon nor should you be embarassed by them; in fact, you don't have to worry about having your nipples pop out when it's cold.

I would have a chat with your doc, if not, try to play with you nipple and get them sticking out as much as you can, pull on them and tweak them, if you do this a few times a day, you should eventually be fine
