So have you ever talked to her? I hope so, or how do you know you are in love....first things first, ask her if she would like to have lunch with you during work, and have a conversation, and see how things go from there.

A female reader, anonymous, writes (17 July 2007):

My advice is that you should give it time to develop into a friendship first. Be careful with your feelings while you are in control. I mean, you still can control yourself form getting extremely involved and in love with this lady to keep you from possibly getting hurt.

Work-related relationship have to be taken slow and intelligently because one thing is beautiful while the other works. But once one of the two fails it could end up affecting the other one.

You have to understand that getting involved with this lady could affect your job negatively. So be careful.

A male reader, kenny United Kingdom +, writes (17 July 2007):

kenny agony auntI think her smiling at you when she has not seen you in a few days is not really enough to say if she fancies you or not. If she is constantly flirting with you throughout the day then maybe i could say she does.

Be careful of dating people who you work with, when things are sweet the all is well and good, but when/if things turn sour then it can be quite arkward having to see them everyday.

good luck
