First step is to see your doc.

Visit your GP, who can refer you to a counsellor, or if necessary to a psychaitrist or psychologist. If one cannot be provided free of charge, you could use health insurance or pay.

The best option would be a psychologist, but there may be a youth counselling service available locally. If you are a teenager you can find one who specialises in those issues, or whatever issues you have. It costs between £70 and £150 per hour if you can't get an NHS referral. Cognitive behavioural therapy is one of the most effective treatments around and you would have to pay for that bt many psychologists offer it. It worked for me after pills and lots of other efforts at counselling and I would thoroughly recommend it as part of your treatment. Read up on it on the internet. Good luck and you will get through.
