Yeah - I agree that "stomach problems" is a bit vague. To the average layman the term "stomach" can mean any place between the the ribs and the pubic bone. There are an awful lot of organs crammed into there so you'd need to be really specific about exactly where the problem is.
The word "problem" is a bit vague too, when it comes to human physiology. Is the problem pain? Or bloating? Or diarrhoea? Or gas?
If you are suspecting pregnancy (which is always a possibility if you have been sexually active, with or without contraception) she should do a pregnancy test before looking out for other symptoms.
Otherwise she should see a doctor. This site is not really geared up for medical questions as very few of the aunts are medically trained. Even if they were, it's impossible to give any accurate advice when you can't see the person with the problem.
