Hi everyone

I've been feeling kinda sick lately... I'm not too sure how to explain it but I'm going to try.

Lately I've felt really tired (school just started bak)and kinda dizzy ... having headaches all day and kinda feeling like I'm going to pass out I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and he said it should go away. got blood test. everything there was fine . it went away but its come back and I have no idea what to do or what it is ....

anyone have any ideas

also it seems to me that it comes around when my period comes . I get really bad cramps and headaches and I'm very moody.

also I think I may need glasses think maybe that is whats causing the headaches ...

anybody think they know whats going on with me ?

dolla18 agony aunthi, this could be normal an known as pmt.....meaning pre-menstral tention....this can cause headaches and bad cramps.....

tbh my advice to you would be to go to the optitions, even if its just to rule it out its best to get it checked out.....

mood swings are very common signs of pmt an tbh i don't know why it happens, but i think its down to hormone changes that happen at that time of the month?

just to be on the safe side i would also check all this back out with your doctor, this time ask if it could be because of your periods?

sometimes going on the pill is something that can help with cramps you get at this time of the month, but because of your age this is something you would have to talk to your parents about because until your 16(well i know its 16 in the uk) you will need your parents permission....

i really hope this helps, but please see your optition, GP an also speak to your mom if thats possible......

please do post an update an let us know how you get on....

GOOD LUCK!!......
