writes:hey everyone well i got a problemi have bad teeth and it decreases my confidence level a lot!I dont think im pretty because of them and i have cavities (cuz of those addictive chocolates!!)I wanted to get braces then fill the cavities but I'm not sure if that's possible. I also just want my teeth straight and get it over with. i think ill have more self confidence if they're straight. most kids tease me about my teeth its most annoying and depressing =(

reader, anonymous, writes (11 October 2008): I know how you feel. I'm 15 and I used to hate my teeth too, especially the front ones because they stuck out and it was really noticable. I've had braces for about 3 months now, and my teeth are incredibly straight. It's amazing. Ask your dentist next time you go and he'll give you his opinion. If he thinks you're teeth need braces he'll put you on the years waiting list to go to the orthadontist. Until then, you'll just have to stick it out because there isn't really anything you can do.
