Our bodies change over time and this is most likely what you are seeing- natural maturation! You weren't very specific about what had changed- you could have a normal infection (like a yeast infection) if there is discharge, swelling or itching... If you are really freaked out show a doctor- or big sister you can trust- but do not worry, masturbating is almost definitely not the cause.
