This is so painfull and I want to stop but its an addiction like being on drugs. I feel gross and nasty after every time I do it. Porn is so gross and I still look at it. I want to break this addiction because its taking over my life. I dont want to ask my family for help because it will break their hearts again. I want good practical answers and I dont want to hear about how everbody watches porn and how masturbation is natural I want to stop.

The website person12345 posted is excellent: it contains everything you need to know about the effects of porn addiction and how to beat it.
I quit porn when I realized it was damaging my ability to have a 'real' relationship: messing up my sexual responses and effecting my personality. Once I saw it as damaging me, that provided me the motivation to quit. Much like quitting smoking or taking drugs.
The good news is you have decided to do this early. Many guys get into their twenties, thirties or older before trying to quit, and hence have a much harder time. You're young enough that you should be able to bounce back very quickly once you are over the initial cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
One last thing. Hang out with real girls your own age if you can. Once you manage to quit porn you'll find you have a lot of pent up sexual energy. Send some of it their direction!

First step is to avoid internet as often as possible it makes porn too accessible. If you have friends that send you funny porn messages ask them to stop. And thirdly of all throw away and stay away from magazines and magazine racks they will increase your urge each time you walk by the R rated sections. These simple steps are just a start in the direction you want to go. And don't let friends tell you everything is ok in moderation it will be an excuse for not reaching a good goal of porn free.
