I have been to the doctor and looked online and it seems it is very probably a swollen lympthatic vessel which in time should resolve itself. It almost goes away entirely but then hours or a day later is back like before. I went back to the doctor as he said it should clear in a week or two but he wasn't concerned. On my worrying he checked me for STDs (all clear) and took a swab from the lump.I just called about the swab results and the receptionist said they are "abnormal" so I should come back and see the doctor. The problem is I couldn't get an appointment until Friday. Anyone have any idea what this could be!? I am stressing out. It seems like a lymphatic vessel but if it is abnormal I am not sure what to think. The doctor mentioned herpes before but he was very doubtful as I've had no symptoms. I've just read about them and I am also doubtful as I have no pain, itching or even discomfort. Also it is just a lump, not an actual sore and at times it dissapears and never bursts or bleeds or scabs or anything like that.Anyone have any idea what this could be? Abnormal must be bad. If only I could have seen the doctor sooner! What a long few days this will be.

Call the Dr's office and tell them that you were told that the test results were abnormal and it's really stressing you out, they should tell you what they found over the phone, that way you can talk about how to cure it on Friday with the Dr.

Just relax, abnormal could mean anything so there's not much you can do about it until you see the doctor. Chill out and try not to think about it! Xx
