 its okay dont worry its nothing to worry about i get them all the time its a build up of soap that gets into your pours bit like a black head they do go away aventually i tend to try to pop them they dont come out straight away but keep putting pressure on it now and then it will come out eventually i hope that has helped you maria

 See your doctor. It could be anything from a cyst to an ingrown hair to an std and about a million things in between but if there is pus coming out of it theres some kind of infection going on and its not just one of those normal lumps and bumps everybody has down there but nobody here will be able to diagnose it or treat it you need to see your doctor to find out what it is and how you can make it go away.
