reader, anonymous, writes (31 March 2008): Wash, but make sure you rinse all of the soap out of the area, as this can create a lot of problems. And dont use very perfumed or strong soaps, try Simple soap. If you are worried then pop along to the doctors and have a word, you maybe have some sort of infection that a course of antibiotics can clear up. But keep washing.
