There are so many things that can cause pain in the breast. If your Doctor's having concluded the problem thru diagonosis you should consult another Doctor. Mastaglia the term used for pain in the breast. Causes of the breast pain are not well understood and therefore treatments are not very clear either. There are certain therapies used from woman to woman.
Stimulation of the prgesterine and testerone can cause the breast to become lumpy, swollen and tender. This is called cylical mastalgia. Too much caffiene can cause the blood vessels to dialate causing the breast to become destended thus adding to the pain. It can also cause little masses in the tissue of the breast.Diets high in sodium can cause fuild retention and swelling along with tenderness.Large quantities of fatty foods, especially animal fats can contribute to breast pain.
Common medications such as Hormone Replacement Therapy horomone pills or reactions to pills with syntethic compounds can cause such problems also.
Physicatric medications and antipressents can also cause pain in the breast. Even some cholestrol and heart medications can cause changes.
Certain conditions such as cysts and tumors of the breast along with cancer and lymph nodes conditions can also cause swelling, lumps, redness,and tenderness in the breast. tight fitting undergarments and bruising of the tissue can cause pain and swelling of the breast tissue.
I am sure that if you consult with the Doctors and keep a chart upong the types of pain, making sure to note any medications and your cycle, family history and any other noted symptoms or causes of concern, you and your Doctors should be able to find out what is causing the pain and find a suitable therapy and/or medication that will free you of the conditions. Always remember that you have the right to ask for a SECOND Opinion.
