At puberty, there are a host of hormonal changes and breast discharge is one of them! If it is a significant quantity then you may have a problem with the pituitary gland which is just under the bridge of your nose. If that send out faulty hormone signals then sometimes women get breast discharge so you should get that checked out.

Hormones can be a little crazy at your age. Its called galactorrhea and its fairly common, so don't freak out. However, do go see your doctor so they can eveluate if further testing is needed.

It's always better to be safe, so go ahead and go to a doctor. It could just be milk because even when you're not pregnant, you still have a little milk in your breasts. But, there's no way to know that for sure unless you go to a doctor.
