Sometimes i cry myself to sleep because i've become a big loser and im afraid to be in a room with alot of people i'll shake and feel like im going to faint, do i have a mental problem?

I certainly think you would hugely benefit by seeing a counselor. He/she will be able to get to the root of your problem and help you to get beyond it. You may have poor self-esteem, or fear of rejection stemming from your previous relationship, or it could be something else entirely. Sometimes the symptoms of a problem are totally different than one would expect. Try to find a good therapist and see what they can do for you. Good luck!
