Well stalking is a sure way of pushing him away from you. He's not going to want to go out with a girl who is obsessed with him to the point where she follows him around! Think about it...put yourself in his shoes, wouldn't you be totally creeped out if some guy at school started following you everywhere you went? You'd be like 'Oh my God, it's him again, let me quickly hide over there before he sees me.' Come on now girl, this has gone too far. You say he's getting depressed, so you think thats a good thing? Do you think he'll like you more for making him feel this way?
If you really like him you will stop stalking him now and act like a normal person. Once you start acting normal, your chances of going out with him will go way up. Trust me I know. So if you really like him STOP stalking him and be normal! Be cool, calm down, take a deep breath and repeat after me..."I will not follow him anymore, I will leave him alone, I will be normal, he will like me more as a normal person and that is why I must not stalk him."
Whenever you feel like doing something crazy repeat those words to yourself.

Have you asked him out? see if he says yes, and then of he says no, look for other nice guys in school... take your mind off him. do more stuff with your friends, go out, go to the gym or whatever, to take your mind off him. hope this helps!
