writes: Dear Cupid,Recently, I've developed a crush on my good friend Kat's older brother, Jay. For those of you who may ask, yes, I have already talked to Kat about my feelings for Jay. That was the first thing I did. I've heard about people getting all territorial of their friend or sibling in this situation, and I don't want that to happen here. She told me that she's okay with it and that she thinks that there's a high chance of things working out between Jay and I.As far as I know, Jay has no idea that I'm crushing on him. I'm going to be attending a Disciple Now at his church in a few weeks, and I was sort of planning on telling him then. Do you think I should do it? And, more importantly, how should I say it? Jay is a pretty shy guy, and I read in a magazine that being too up-front with shy guys can freak them out. Any advice?God bless,S

I am really shy and I love it when girls are willing to approaching me as long as I feel we have something in common or I think they are cute. Most guys find it really attractive if a girl is confident. Of course, his reaction will be different depending on his age, how mature he is, and if he interested in you.
