He used to stare at me before and I thought he fancied me because when someone has a crush on someone else that is what they do. After a few weeks, he started making fun of me and then he stopped again and started asking information about me like how old are you, what are your hobbies and stuff like that. I really fancy but I am very shy to tell him that I love him, how can I make him know that I love him?

Don't worry about it. As a boy I know what he was thinking. His friends were probably making fun of him because he liked you, so he started making fun of you to get them off his back. As for the part about letting him know about your feelings for him, just be HONEST! It will work out in the end.

Awwwwwwh love happens at such a young age doesn't it! Sweet :) I was in your situation about 5 years ago, a lad used to be kinda mean to me and I never knew why but then his little brother came up to me and said 'Declan fancies you' I was kinda shocked, but its true that guys make fun out of you when they really like you! And if he's talking to you, thats also an indication he fancies you. As for showing your love for him, well... just make eye contact and show interest when he talks to you. Smile at him aswel! If you make your feelings obvious then he may get the courage to ask you out! How exciting? :D xx
