You don't have to say anything about it to him. Don't feel guilty about it.You are technically still a virgin.

 It's really easy to not lie to your boyfriend because outside of medical concerns your prior sexual history is not something you need to talk to him about. As you get older both parties in relationships are generally going to have a "body count" and you just acknowledge it without asking. At your current age it's really fine to avoid this topic.
