Im an 18 yr old female, about 5 ft 2 in and somewhere between 90-98 lbs...the women on both my mothers and fathers side of the family are skinny, petite women. and i have a very fast metabolism. Um, im a Meth addict of nearly 7 yrs(but have been sober almost 14 months). I spent 7 months @ an inpatient rehab and gained alot of weight. (i went from 78 lbs to 116 lbs). I got out @ the beginning of March and have gone down to bout 90. Except for my time in rehab, i have never been over 98 lbs. And i know that the only reason i gained so much in rehab was because i was eating very gross, fatening, county jail food. i always ate EVERYTHING on my plate (plus whatever my friends didn't eat) and i literaly didn't get any exercise @ all. All i did was sleep, eat and sit on my ass.So, my goal is to weigh 110. Im not looking to gain muscle, just fat. No matter how much i eat (mainly dairy, mexican and italian food), i still remain in the 90's :(.What should i do? Please help, i hate being so skinny!

lil_g,
Congratulations on your sobriety, and may you continue to have success.
As for a diet that will increase your weight, you might try eating more meats. Beef and pork are very calorie dense and provide heavy proteins to the body. However you wish to incorporate more meat into your diet is your choice but between dairy and meat products you will see some weight gain. Generally eating more foods approx. 2500 to 3000 calories a day will cause slight weight gain. Though with your fast metabolism you may need a slight bit higher then that.
