I was 15 and started having sex with my step-aunt's son, who was 25, I am 17 now and he is about to be 27, my mom found out a few weeks ago, but she was not angry. Our families still talk, so we havent lost contact completely, what I want to know is, after all this time, a year and a half, if anyone who knows about what happened decided to press charges, would he go to jail? scrdofyou is verified as being by the original poster of the questionwow thats crazy. no one wants to press charges, its just what if they got angry or something liek that. And what about when i turn 18, then would it still be a possibility?
