We had sex for about 45 minutes, using different positions, and trying to do different things to get me to finish, but it just wouldn't happen. I was finally able to finish, but I had to have her lay on the edge of the bed, prop myself up on the bed with my arms outstretched, my legs fully extended out behind me, and I had to thrust into her like a madman. She loved it, however that was the only way that I was able to finish... I even had to tighten my kegel muscles a bit, and hold my breath every now and then (it heightens the sensation). Now, she is unable to have children, and both of us have clean STD panels, so we did not use a condom, and she told me that I could finish inside of her. Is it possible that my nerves did this to me? I was nervous about my first time with her, but I wonder if subconsciously I was nervous about not using a condom, and finishing inside of her (I'd never done that before until we had sex). This is very embarrassing, and I don't want this to keep happening. :(Oh, and I can finish just fine when I masturbate...

Hi
It's very popssible that in the back of your mind you still feel there could be a chance she could fall pregnant. However I think it was just the more you thought about it, the harder it was for you to ejaculate. The trebmling is a sign that she was hitting the right buttons :) next time just try to relax, maybe wear a condom still, this will put your mind at ease. Other than that whats so bad in lasting for such a long time? many women would love the fact there man was enjoying things so much :D
