writes: hello,i know this is lond and im sorry but ur advice is greatly needed and thanked! i have a question about this guy we will call him "jay"! well hes my ex boyfriend but im still in love with him and he says he feels the same way but i feel like he is loosing intrest. for example he calls me about every other day now when he use 2 email me atleast 3 times a day and call atleast 2 times, or when we use 2 talk on the phone he would always say really sweet things 2 me (IE: i miss u, ur beauitiful, i love u, etc.) but now i have 2 aculy ask him 2 say things back like when i say i love u he never says it back (but thats probly because one day he asked my honest answer if i loved him, it was obviously yes then when i asked him he said yea....but then i had 2 open my big smart ass mouth and say no u dont ur just an i love u whore (deffinition of an i love u whore: when one person says they love someone when they dont). then he got really mad and refused 2 say it back.....but when we hang up off the phone he does (about every other 3rd time) say i love u bye but thats it. im just so confused.....i really want 2 b with him but i need 2 know does this mean that he is loosing intrest?

i have been talking to him 2day and come 2 find out its because he thinks i dont belive him.......so im ganna talk 2 his mom and let her tell me how much he has changed and have me tell her i do belive him then hes ganna ask me out!!!!! (or so he says)!

Probably he is.
You two are not together and he's probably just moving on. Remember that people change and their feelings too. He may have loved you in the past, but since now you two aren't together and he just wants to move on. If you two love each other, why haven't you gotten back together?
You may still be lingering in the past, which makes you think you still love him. Now, don't get me wrong, your feelings may be real, but don't be too surprised if he doesn't go back to you and finds someone else to be with him.
What you should do is talk to him about your relationship. Ask him how you two stand and if there is any hope. Ask him to be sincere. No matter what answer he gives you, take it gracefully (I know this sounds easier than done, but try) and accept it. Move on from there.
