A male United States age 41-50, *ikeys toy writes:

Hello; my dilemma is while I love my wife and KNOW she is everything I've ever wanted, every action I take is "tagged" with my ex.

My ex and I broke up badly after 3 years, we were supposed to get married, as I had proposed. She had had several abortions, becam violent to the point of drawing blod on many occasions.

She finally went after me with a knife and stabbing me requiring stitches prompting me to leave.

My relationship with my wife is one of mutual love and respect, but I can't seem to get over this "wall"

Help does not exist out here in the boonies, and I'm looking for the "magic bullet" so I can forget about my past and move on with my future.

Please help.
