writes:I'm just trying to understand this guy. This guy, who was with 3 girls at one time, decided to get into a new relationship at the end of the summer. They went on a couple dates, he met her parents and then she went back to school in September in another province and he is in med school in residence. He sent her flowers for her birthday and planned to see her during christmas and fly to see her on his spring break, even texting her everyday, however, he hangs out with other girls and he cheated on her a week after she left, never telling her. She broke up with him cause she found out and didnt want to do long distance since they barely see each other too.My question is, did he actually care about her? Or did he care about having another girl close by?

Yeah, he is a user of women. He is probably just as sweet and lovely to all of them, but as soon as you were out of sight, he was a slave to his trousers to find a new girl within a week.
He probably did care about her in his own way, but his own way is so shallow and meaningless that she never had a chance.
Next time, don't go out with a guy who has THREE girls on the go when you meet him!
