I had a normal, heavy period last month and I'm now overdue for the next.Last week, I had intense cramping akin to what I'd get in a period. I put it down to things being on the move (as they are usually at that time).A week on, I'm still waiting for it to start.I've been through various stresses this month which are bound to have made an effect, but I'm still worried I could be pregnant.x

 If you had a regular period last month you most likely aren't pregnant. Do you use protection when you have sex? If you do then when you go to the store to pick up a pregnancy test as Penta suggests, stock up on some birth control as well. Good luck.

 Stress can delay a period. Go get a pregnancy test and make sure. Then relax and your period will come.
